MAJOR COMPONENTS OF THE CONCRETE BUILD SYSTEM
Light Gauge Steel (LGS) – Steel Structure (load bearing): The steel structure is designed with either C-Channel (C75-C400) & U (U75-U400) galvanized steel with thickness varying from 0.60mm to 4.00mm depending on the structural design and load conditions.
Concrete Boards - Outer and inner Wall Cladding and Floor: 800mm*300mm, with a thickness of 25mm, density of 2300kg/m³.
Cellular Light weight Concrete – Infill for insulation: with the ingredients of cement, sand, water and foaming additive, the best insulation medium. With the Density of 400 kg/m³ to 600 kg/m³, the CLC provides the superior acoustic properties, 500% better thermal insulation and fire ratings far better than conventional concrete.
